Under the young and energetic leadership of the youngest son Sri. T.C. Mani - a visionary – the establishment started diversification moving to Foreign liquor business in 1975 starting a whole sale out let at Kolenchery, then a Bar Hotel with  family restaurant facility, Hotel - Lovedons in 1981, 2nd Bar Hotel – Lovedons Tourist Home at Karimugal, Ambalamedu in 1986 and the 3rd Bar Hotel “Lovedons Garden” at Kolenchery in 2006.  

Seeing the big opportunity in the field of catering services with the chain of Hotel at hand in the changing sceneria, started, an out door  catering unit in 1986 under the banner Lovedons Out Door Catering Centre.  

The visionary’s thirst for expansion didn’t end there.  The firm then jumped in to the Bandwaggon of civil contract and successfully carried out the following:- 

• New Lift irrigation scheme to Pampakkuda 
• An aqueduct having 870 mt length for the main Canal of Edamalayar Irrigation Project at Angamaly.  
• Palakkattuthazham Bridge in Aluva – Munnar Road at Perumbavoor.  
• Chalikkadavu Bridge at Moovattupuzha across Moovattupuzha river.  
• Kozhipalam Bridge at Aranmula across Pumba river 
• Poovattummoodu Bridge at Chengannoor across Pumba river.  
• Edakulam Bridge in Trichur District 

In 2002, moved in to Cinema Field by starting a ‘Movie  Theater under’ the name “PMP Theatre” and then changed to ANNA DIGITAL after renovation .  In addition to the above the firm is also engaged in Tyre and Bakery fields in the name” Lovedons Tyre Centre & Auto wheel” and “Lovedons  Bakery &  Ice Cream Parlour respectively.  

The urge to move into other venture is still bubbling with enthusiasm.
